We are based in New Delhi, and you can contact us using the contact us page. However we may ship our product from multiple locations like Delhi, China, and USA as we have partnered with multiple manufacturers who produce the product based on our quality paramenters.

Generally the product is delivered within 7 business days, but some times because of some unavoidable circumstances like lockdown, bad weather etc. it may take more time. Rest assured your money is safe, you either get your product or money back.

The tracking ID is used to track the movement of the product you ordered which generally gets generated within 48 hrs once the order is placed successfully. You will receive the tracking ID in your registered email that you have provided while shopping. If you have not received the tracking ID, then you can check the junk email or login to your wooflix account.

Yes, shipping is free on all order above ₹899. Please check that the total cart value is at least ₹899 to get free shipping.

Yes, once the order is placed successfully you will receive an email with the order confirmation. If you don’t receive it please check the junk folder also and if you still don’t see it then please contact us.

Yes, you can cancel the order before the dispatch. But if the order is dispacted and you are able to see the tracking information then you have to accept the delivery of the product.
